The Insurance Payor refers to the entity (usually an insurance company or government health agency) that is financially responsible for reimbursing the healthcare provider for services rendered to insured patients.

In Marley Healthcare, the Payor acts as a core link between insurance plans, claim processing, and billing workflows.

To create an Insurance Payor, go to:

Home > Healthcare > Masters > Insurance > Insurance Payor

1. How to Create an Insurance Payor

1. Go to the Insurance Payor list and click on New.
2. Enter the Insurance Payor Name, Insurance Claim Credit Days, Code System, Claims Receivable Account, Rejected Claims Expense Account.
3. Save.

After saving the system will create a customer and link to this Payor
